Bright Stars Children’s Academy

Our son has been at Bight Stars Academy since he was three months old. Being a first-time mom, it was extremely important to have piece of mind that our son was not just being cared for, but also loved! I wanted to find a provider that would not just be a place he goes when mommy is at work, but part of our family and someone that is invested in my child's development as much as I am. That is exactly what we have found at Bright Stars Academy. Wathsala and her team provide a loving, nurturing environment where our son can learn and grow. His face lights up when we drop him off and seeing him smile reassures me that he is in a good place and receiving the very best care possible! I cannot thank Bright Stars Academy enough for all they do. They were truly heaven sent to us!!!

Ms. Wathsala was a preschool teacher at the Rockville Children’s Manor Montessori School here in Montgomery county Maryland where she oversaw my son Kyle’s pre-K class as a teacher from the time he entered the class in 2017 until his graduation in 2018.

She is a patient teacher with a careful approach to education and skill building with children. Her experience in the Montessori approach is evident in her work with students. Good communication with parents was also a major plus
